Aug 2025 I will be presenting at the BitDevs NYC Socratic Seminar 150 in New York.
Jul 2025 I am happy to share that I will be returning to Chaincode Labs this summer, but this time as as a research intern. I am excited to work with the team on securing the Lightning network’s P2P layer.

Nov 2024 I participated in the Bitcoin Research Week and subsequent Bitcoin Research Day organised by Chaincode Labs in NYC.
Jul 2024 Our paper “Payment Censorship in the Lightning Network Despite Encrypted Communication” has been accepted to AFT 2024 in Vienna.
Nov 2023 Subsequent to the chair’s relocation to the Technical University of Dresden, I have joined the Privacy & Security chair at the TU Dresdesn, where I shall continue my PhD.
Jul 2023 Our paper “On the (Not So) Surprising Impact of Multi-Path Payments on Performance and Privacy in the Lightning Network “ has been accepted to CBT 2023 (co-located with ESORICS 2023) in The Hague.
Jul 2023 Our paper on “Fair Reward Distribution in Federated Byzantine Agreement Systems” has been accepted to BRAINS 2023 in Paris.
Sep 2022 I have joined the Computer Engineering group at the HU Berlin as a doctoral research associate with Florian Tschorsch as my advisor.
Aug 2022 I have successfully defended my Master’s thesis at the Humboldt University to Berlin. The thesis is entitled “Fair Incentivisation in Federated Byzantine Agreement Systems” and was supervised by Martin Florian.
